Pratteln, Bredella
Together with the “Zentrale” site development, the “Bredella” project is creating a completely new district right next to Pratteln railroad station. The current industrial site will be developed into a mixed-use district with residential and commercial uses.
Pratteln, Gleis Süd
Between the historic village center, established residential areas and a dynamic environment around the train station: the former industrial area is opening up and becoming a connecting part of Pratteln Mitte. Around 30 percent of the space is intended for commercial use.

North of Pratteln railway station, the site of the former Coop distribution centre is being transformed into a lively district with residential, commercial and cultural uses.

At the Magnet site in Pratteln, around 18,000 m² of brownfield space is available for development projects.

An attractive, diverse, and sustainable neighborhood with apartments, services, businesses, and public facilities is planned to be developed in the Eastern part of Salina Raurica. A generous green corridor will be the central element.
