DATA PROTECTION

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.

In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavor to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

When you access our website, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general data. transmitted information about the operating system resp. Browser. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations so that trends can be identified which we can use to improve our offers accordingly.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS

NEWSLETTER

To register for the newsletter, the data requested in the registration process is required. Registration for the newsletter is logged. After registration you will receive a message to the e-mail address provided. You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus unsubscribe from the newsletter. We store the registration data as long as it is required for sending the newsletter.

The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR in conjunction with § 7 para. 2 No. 3 UWG. The legal basis for logging the registration is our legitimate interest in proving that the mailing was carried out with your consent. You can cancel the registration at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
