Laufen, Industrial Park

The former ceramic tile factory in Laufen's industrial zone was acquired by the Abendrot Foundation in 2017 and operated as a diverse business park. The area fell victim to a major fire in 2020. It is scheduled to be rebuilt in 2025-27. The new concept envisions modular, affordable commercial and storage spaces in single-story timber frame construction, with flexible expansion options. A site association is intended to strengthen the user community.
